Linus Health is seeking entrepreneurial Account Executives with a passion for technology and health who possess a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical sector and a track record of exceeding targets. AEs will drive adoption of the Linus platform within the life sciences sector, particularly with pharmaceutical companies and research organizations. They will manage complex partnerships and deals through the full sales cycle from prospect through close, working closely with cross-functional teammates to architect solutions that advance customers’ to their goals. prioritize and simultaneously manage multiple opportunities through the pipeline, accountable as the lead for all sales-related activities through signing and handoff to Customer Success.
cultivate deep relationships with key stakeholders in prospective and existing accounts, leading and influencing their navigation of the enterprise buying process.
leverage a thorough understanding of customer needs to deliver customized, customer-focused pitches and solutions at the executive level.
prospect and build sales opportunity pipeline to meet quarterly and annual sales goals.
collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Product Management, and Clinical departments to facilitate effective, appropriate platform adoption to drive sales.
stay up to date on the industry drivers and trends that are impacting customers and driving their business and buying decisions.
Skills and Qualifications
6+ years of relevant B2B enterprise sales experience
consistent quota attainment and achievement of KPIs
strong organizational skills and attention to detail
excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
ability to organize and prioritize own work
ability to understand a complex and technical product
bias for action and a passion for improving the way people care for their brain health
healthcare experience in neuroscience and with pharma accounts a plus
advanced degree (PhD and/or MBA) preferred
