Linus Health is seeking an entrepreneurial Director of Business Development with a passion for technology and health who possesses a deep understanding of the dynamics of the healthcare market and a track record of exceeding targets. The Director of BD will drive adoption of Linus Health solutions in the Senior Living market and will play a critical role in establishing Linus Health’s go-to-market approach. They will develop a robust pipeline of prospective accounts and bring new products to market through consultative selling skills. They will drive multiple deals simultaneously through the full sales cycle, working closely with cross-functional teammates to build momentum through each milestone.   • investigate the senior living market (CCRCs, home health companies, etc.) to uncover opportunities to create a win-win. Prospect and build sales opportunity pipeline to meet quarterly and annual sales goals.

  • prioritize and simultaneously manage multiple opportunities through the pipeline, accountable as the lead for all sales-related activities through signing and handoff to Customer Success.

  • cultivate deep relationships with key stakeholders in prospective and existing accounts, leading and influencing their navigation of the buying process.

  • leverage a thorough understanding of customer needs to deliver customized, customer-focused pitches and solutions.

  • present and successfully sell our value proposition at the executive level and ensure total account buy-in and satisfaction

  • contribute to the development of sales enablement toolkit and tailored communication materials (e.g. proposals, related marketing materials).

  • collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Product Management, and Clinical departments to generate demand, nurture opportunities, enhance product-market fit, maximize customer satisfaction and increase

  • stay up to date on the industry drivers and trends that are impacting customers and driving their business and buying decisions.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 6+ years of relevant B2B sales experience

  • consistent quota attainment and achievement of KPIs

  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • ability to organize and prioritize own work

  • ability to understand a complex and technical product

  • bias for action and a passion for improving the way people care for their brain health

  • healthcare experience a plus, especially in senior living market

  • management experience a plus
